well for me it's bono BUT....i also like adam because for me he is the greatest
BASSPLAYER in the world !!!!
I also think U2 is the only band where you hear the bass more than in anyother band around !!!
He was for me also the one why i wanted to learn to play bass guitar!!!!
At a u2 gig you can feel the bass in your whole body (think of the openning of streets).
Oke they all are great bono's voice ...edges guitar larry's amazing drum .....adams great bass lines well i can't decide !?!??

OKE I LOVE THEM ALLL !!!!!!

It's good to hear some people are adam fans. Been onto utube recently to watch a u2 concert clip and some of the comments said, adam doesn't contribute to the band and shouldn't even be in the band. outraged!!! Yes i agree with the person above u2's basslines are clear. My favourite member is either adam or larry.

Bono- Great voice, and it takes a lot of balls to do the charity work he does especially with people often slating him.

Edge- Excellent guitarist (it goes without saying) wish i could play guitar as good as him.

Adam- Layed back and down to earth. He doesn't often get a mention

Larry- Keeps the band together. Great drummer and i would say he works the hardest (has the most tiring work).

I love them all. I've been fortunate enough to meet and speak with each of them over the years. Each has always been the definition of kind, integrity and dignity.

So to Adam, Bono, Edge and Lawrence... if youre reading this somehow... Thanks for the music and for just being 'you'.

Cheers!
An Strat Dubh

well i read that too what a nonsense...adam is more important than mos people think. Imagine for example Streets without the bass line...U2 without him isn't U2.
