I've been around for awhile, so I'd better introduce myself.

I'm not going to reveal my real name, but you can call me John Spartz, or just Spartz or Spartzy as I am called on another corner of the interwebs. Come to think of it, I probably should have made JSpartz my username... oh well.

Anyway, I come from the only livable part of Texas, Austin. I am a fifteen-year-old high school freshman. In my real life, no one cares about about U2. In fact, most people that know me think I'm completely crazy. I have one friend who likes U2, but isn't a huge fan, so I did have someone to go to U23D with (twice). I am also active on one political forum where two people like U2 and the rest attack the heck out of me for my addiction, so this is really nice. It is the best U2 forum I have come across.

That's all, I believe.

Welcome here! No worries about your U2 addiction--that's what we're all here for too.

welcome JSpartz! This site will satisfy your fix for U2, it's awesome.

Southeastern Mass? Small world isn't it U2Nick? I'm about 20 minutes from Bridgewater State College.

I remember being an eighth grade U2 fan... people thought I was even crazier than they do now! But that's middle school for ya.

Junior in high school here, and everyone asks me this: why do you have 5 "Still Haven' Found's" on your iPod? I tell them one is the studio version, the others are live. They say, aren't the live songs the same as the studio version? At that point I have to hold back laughs and explain how great live music is. It gets funnier every time.

I hate when I need to explain my 10+ live versions of songs to people too. The last person said "What's the difference? Town!?" I wanted to slap him. Slap!? screw that, punch him! Joking Joking!
