Imagine the first gig somewhere in 2009, at some place. U2 opens with Only Love, plays an amazing gig with their new songs already in perfect shape. For the first encore, Andrea Corr comes up to join U2 and Edge and Larry start to play Surrender...backing vocals by Andrea.
I like it but imagine the first non-new song they play at their first gig is A Sort of Homecoming. U2 on stage where they belong.

Or they just begin with 2 new songs, then Elevation and Vertigo...some oldies (SBS, UTEOTW, BD, MW, AIWIY, The Fly, BTBS, Pride, and NYD) and newbies, COBL seguing into Streets, Pop-encore (Mofo, LNOE, Gone and Please), 2nd encore with 2 new songs and acoustic Electrical Storm. Bad/40 as closer.

Seems more realistic to me (especially main set)
I like it. After reading the Edge interview a Pop encore makes some sense. I am determinedd to hear Mofo. If this tour does not feature Electrical Storm regularly, it will be a crime.
Edge hates playing "Two Hearts...". I read that in an interview.
Might be fun to hear/see them play:
UltraViolet (Light My Way)
Hawkmoon 269 [never played in the US]
God Part II [never played in the US]
Full version of Zooropa full version never played, half version only a handful of times
and I'd love for them to bring back "Mofo" and "Last Night On Earth" here and there...

You out there? You taking notes Mr. The Edge!
Where did you read that? One of their funkiest and rockiest songs...a shame if Lovetown 12-27 would have been the last time ever..
Wild Horses *
The Unforgettable Fire*
A Sort of Homecoming*
Promenade
Mofo*
I Fall Down
A Day Without Me*
Lemon
Zooropa
The Wanderer
Discotheque (Elevation style but with the Boom cha's)
One Tree Hill*
Ultraviolet*
Electrical Storm
The Sweetest Thing
of course some of the archive songs would be to me Unforgettable fire, Wave of sorrow {Red hill mining town as an encore}, WIRE, three sunrises & Love comes tumbling
fore sure have a liking to electrical storm be great seeing that performed always thought that one would have been done on the Vertigo tour
