What about a b-side encore, with 'The three sunrises', 'Spanish Eyes', 'Are You Gonna Wait Forever' and 'Lady with the spinning head'?
Or the return of Silver and Gold?

Of all that songs, I'd only expect Silver And Gold or Spanish Eyes here in Spain. AYGW4ever and LWTSpinningH are very unlikely, even tho I'd love to hear them (specially Lady - I love that song ).

Anyone got a particular song they'ed like to see them cover? Personally I think they should do Closer To The Heart by Rush. The lyrics go well with U2.

You're a real Rush fan, aren't you?
What do you recomend to start listening to them?
BTW i think they should cover Wonderwall, My generation or Clocks...
The most accesible Rush songs, if you want to start listening to them are, Closer To The Heart, Tom Sawer,The Spirit of Radio, and Subdivisions. If you have ten minutes try Xanadu. Fuckin brilliant. (I'm also a diehardLynyrd Skynyd song but any of there songs sound like shit without the guitar harmonys.)

I could see them snippetting My Generation in something like The Fly or Electric Co. or something (not sure how it would work, but I can see something in it), but can't really see the others lol...
A song I'd like to see them cover would be Every River by Runrig; obviously a lot of you guys won't have come across them, but checkout YouTube or whatever if you're ever interested (not, that said, that they probably ever would cover it lol), but I was working on a little medley on the piano a while ago blending Just Can't Help Falling In Love -> WOWY -> Every River, because they're all songs that take different stances on love. I never got anywhere, but the song has a real epic feel mingled with the intimacy and I think it would be worth U2 having a go.
Not that they probably ever will lol...but shit, stranger things have happened!

"All That You Can't Leave Behind and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb are both really mad long titles. As I've just said them, I've just realised how ridiculous the titles are."
