    Yup, I was the only bidder on the auction lol, so I picked the whole set up for $80 US.

    Yeah, I thought it would be pretty cool, the framing will cost an arm and a leg though.
    It would be 120 cm (48 inches) on each side not including the frame

    Im not sure about the huge cover though, you might be able to see the gaps between the pics
    which would ruin it somewhat. I think two parallel rows of the prints (individually framed) running around my bedroom would be nice.

    What thickness were yours? And did they say Achtung Baby on the back, mine don't but apparently there were some (perhaps released elsewhere rather than Aus/NZ) which were card thickness and had AB on the back.
  6. Around December, member PEDRO67 offered himself to send me a U2.com metal membership card for free, and I told him I'd be very grateful if he could do it. We had some PM conversations on the end of January...

    ...and the U2.com metal membership card has finally arrived today evening!! Such a great gift it is, I thought it was smaller It's about 9x5 cms, and made of great hard iron and a fantastic painting with the Vertigo colors... I'm so glad I got it







    As I promised, I am eternally GRATEFUL to Peter and I officially declare him my own Fan Of The Month (sorry, Jana ), because his kindness and sharing spirit have been amazing all throughout. I thank him on public once again and... well... Now I can proudly wear a metal card saying that I'm an official member of U2.com. Isn't it nice?

    Wow, what a generous offer! Must be awesome to finally have. Great to see that this website offers so much more than just a bunch of awesome info/multimedia about U2- it also offers relations with great people!


  8. £50-£60 excluding postage. I would love to have them but I don't think they'd be a wise acquisition at the moment. When I next get paid I might consider having a look, to treat myself so to say (hoping there's another set on). Thanks for the heads up though

    On another note, finally got myself a copy of Wide Awake In america on CD lol, £1.50 isn't too shabby.

    I don´t know the thickness but it did not say Achtung baby on the back ....
    He got it from a guy in a Record store in Holland ...there is just one more Extra picture that say
    Achtung baby in Black with white letters like on the album ....just the size as all the other pictures from the sleeve
