Not quite Bono changing shoes during IWF in Berlin 2005 lol...perhaps Berlin just has a knack of making rock stars feel the need to change their footwear?

Not much to say about this concert - 2 hours of fun. I've seen better R.E.M. gigs but after all it was a great show, an amazing location, just beautiful and Michael seemed to be quite impressed...
I realised once more that the guitar solo in Country feedback is one of those things that you should have experienced before you die: One of those perfect moments...

I talked to 2 guys who audiotaped the show and another filmer, so torrents will be up soon.
Oh, and I managed to crash my MD-Recorder.

Sounds good to me. Not that into R.E.M. THAT much, but I actually wonder why I skipped their concert a few months ago.

Just when you think they played everything you can imagine this tour, they come up with something totally different. Oberhausen last night:

1. Living Well Is the Best Revenge
2. What's the Frequency, Kenneth?
3. I Took Your Name (Tour premiere)
4. Second Guessing
5. Drive
6. Walk Unafraid
7 Man-Sized Wreath
8. Ignoreland
9. Great Beyond
10. Hollowman
11. Circus Envy
12. Just A Touch (first time played in 19 years)
13. Electrolite
14. One I Love
15. Rockville
16. I’ve Been High
17. Let Me In
18. Bad Day
19. Horse To Water
20. Orange Crush
21. It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)

22. Supernatural Superserious
23. Imitation Of Life
24. Sing for the Submarine (Tour Premiere)
25. Losing My Religion
26. Man On The Moon

Fingers crossed I get something similar for my probably last Accelerate gig tonight.

Oh btw:The barnstorming show from REM was specially recorded and remixed to REM's satisfaction by 2fm.
