yep perfectly legal. Only commercially available or released material won't be uploaded. So no Slane, Red Rocks or Boston etc. Everything else is fine and will eventually be uploaded

Just a note, after downloading the first part, it says when I try to extract the file, "The is in an unknown format or is broken".
