Just seeing if anyone would be interested if I was to upload the odd DVD here and there in an iPod ready format for you to download. Download the show and straight into itunes without conversion. Easy as that. I could do a new show every fortnight perhaps and every other week i'll let someone choose something from my list to convert. Only want to do it if theres enough interest though. Videos will be 640X480. Post your interest.

As you may have guessed I would be very much up for that. I could even try and replicate (although it's unlikely I have a show you don't )

Yes please

it's not for me. It's for others. I could have any of my DVD's on my iPod within half an hour. If we get a few on board then we'l give it the go ahead.

Yeah, I meant I could add extra videos to the topic for others also. Let's give it a few days, people are dipping in and out at the moment

I do.

I think the only difference is I would get some black lines. But if you double-tap the video it expands to full-screen anyway. Those one's you've done so far (Hall of Fame etc) converted fine. I could always re-convert my end anyway.

Hope several are interested, it's a new slant on sharing. Love it.

If we get 3-5 people interested then that'l be worth my while. It'l be handy for those not able to trade DVD's etc. I'll get the first show up before the week is out and see where it takes us.

Nice one. We'll keep the topic active. Ali might be up for it (mind, I think he's got a Nano; but he's running Drew's little thing on it, so it might work...).

The Hall of Fame video for Ipod is already online? If yes, where can I download it?

Ahhh. Sorry dieder. Misunderstanding....

I took the download that Gerard put up from the Hall of Fame topic (Please login or register to view this link) and converted it myself.

If you have no access to such conversion software-things (try Please login or register to view this link if you're on Windows or Please login or register to view this link if you're on Mac) then I'll certainly be able to sort you out in a day or two when I get home.

But do get the hall of Fame vid, it is excellent.
