14 songs of greatness on that album. I bought it yesterday...absolutely I love it, caught between Zooropa and Pop.
Apparently Communication can't be shared because it was released to U2.com members and the site had a warning of sorts against file-sharing of the album and something along the lines on the back was: WARNING: Please note the copying or downloading of this U2.COMmunication album is strictly prohibited. Any U2.com member found copying or downloading this CD will be banned immediately with no refund. We appreciate your support in combating piracy.
I assume what it does when you rip it to your computer is because you put your username and password in to listen to it, it logs your name and timestamps it - but you have to be connected to the internet to do so. Again, you can get around it by holding Shift when loading the disc into your disc drive of your computer.
And the request for it was filled anyway, so no worries.

No - you have to be connected in order to put in that password and username is what it's saying. Which then gets checked by the FanFire.com servers, but the Shift trick or even disconnecting from the net should do the trick. But really, it's just a whole bunch of songs from the Chicago and Milan shows, so technically you could buy the All Because of You single, Chicago DVD and Milan DVD and you'd have it anyway, at even better quality again.
