ahh the split menu. Fucking pain in the arse and a pointless piece of design. The ipod is already slow so some bright genius though it would be nice to display images at the same time meaning your ipod is searching through its already spinning hard drive to display a picture that you don't want to see. Hands down piece of turd

Who cares about it actually working properly. As long as it's colourful that's all that matters.

Ah well...hopefully the new iPhone isn't half a disappointment and doesn't go showing artwork (which isn't even stored anymore) floating around merrily and a crap screensaver, then it's all good - oh yeah, and it doesn't sound like it's been half-cocked by the sound chip inside.

I must admit, it does look pretty tarted-up. Why does Apple focus on good looks before functionality - should it not be the other way around?

I'd first like to get my Wi-Fi working (useless router) - but Vodafone all around the world apparently are bringing out some cheap data packs for it.

Apparently $350 for it - the good thing is, I get paid $900 next week. So I know what I'm going for first thing on the morning of July 11. I'm gonna line up like a typical Apple nut-job and jump all over the place, screaming my lungs out: "Oh my fucking god, I got an iPhone!!! Yay, I'm so overly excited and now I can spend another eight hours putting my videos on it!"

Seriously, if they bring out a 32 or 64GB SSD model after I buy it, I'm gonna be pissed off.

Looks like it. I had a quick look-see, and it converted something for me to MP3. Too easy.

Oh yeah - iTunes 7.7 is due July 11 too and possibly a classic / nano update. I'm off, it's getting bloody late. Night!

The PlayStation Portable (I got the slim number) browses U2start wonderfully and the BBC news site.

Hi!
I'm going to buy myself a ipod nano from Production Red and thought to ask if anyone have a suggestion on what to write on the backside of the ipod. I will have Dream out Loud on but I have room for something more. And I can't decide or come up with something good xD
Of course i'm thinking about something U2-realted. To someone now about some nice quote or lyric?

I was going to have "The Prince of Orange", (my adopted name, its on every thing, MSN, Myspace), but firstly, I got mine from the store so it couldn't be engraved, and secondly some Dutch bloke named William has already deemed it his own.
