EDIT - another one I remember now whilst I'm listening to the Boston 2005-05-28 version (which incidentally is awesome); I always thought it was "every artist is...so cue the inspiration and sing about the grief" but it turned out it was "all kill their"...

One of the most common mistaken U2 lyrics I think.


It took me about two months after i got AB to finally look at those lyrics and figure out what it said. I thought it was just Bono mumbling.

I do feel kinda sorry for Bono - it is his birthday afterall, and yet if he wandered his way onto this most wonderful of fans' forums, he finds dedicated fans complaining about his singing on one of the greatest albums ever made!

What are we like eh?
