1. Areet everyone, I'm Andy from Newcastle upon tyne, England.
I'm 32 yrs old and have been into U2 since seeing them at live aid (sadly only on the TV)
The 1st album I bought was Unforgettable fire back in 1987 which I played to death and had to buy again. I then found out a lad at school liked them and as I was pretty skint he taped me War and UABRS. This may seem weird but I bought Joshua Tree after I got Rattle and Hum and then Boy etc.
To be honest I'm not too keen on much theyve done since Achtung Baby, I liked them more when they were serious and pi##ed off about stuff. I think my favourite album is probably Boy just for the shear energy and passion as well as edges punky guitar riffs.
My top 5 songs are, in no particular order

    Electric Co.
    Bad
    Like a Song
    One Tree Hill
    Mothers Of the Dissappeared

This seems like a great site as in the past I've had to buy early bootlegs, and everyone is friendly to each other.
