clicking on the 'last post' link on a given forum brings me to he start of the topic. A re you aware of this?

Here it isn't. Can you give an example? And from which page do you click? And can you copy the link you click on?

if I click on the 'last post' of the what are you listening to forum (last post is on page 10) I am forwarded to the first post andf not the last

And from where do you do that? The topics list of the subforum, or the main forum index?

I'm clicking from the 'active forum topics' page. If I click on the last post link of any topic i'm being directed to the start of the topic and not the last post

Very strange, working fine here.
And when you click on the link from my post above, what does that give you?
And if it is working, can you right mouse button > copy shortcut the link from the active topics last post? Does it also happen from the A Different Kind Of Music forum for example? And what kind of page are you on when you get the first page, what kind of URL do you see in the address bar?
Sorry for all these questions but I obviously can't solve this without.

the link you posted works fine. Tjis is the url from the Different Kind Of Music forum :Please login or register to view this link . That url directs me to the first post. Maybe its just me

Hmm, I maybe have the problem. Do you use another forum setting than the 12 posts per page?

when I click on the url that i've just posted it seems to work fine but it doesn't work when I click on it from the active forum page

But the link I posted is exactly the link copied from the active topics page.
Can you right mouse > copy shortcut that link? On the active topics page, right click on the date of the last post of a topic and click "copy shortcut" and paste it here.
