my sister likes some of the hits, but thinks Bono is a bit of a twat. I managed to get some people to respect them, but not necassarily be a fan.

I sort of got my friend Breagan into them. His dad gave him the best of 1980-1990, but he never really listened to it, eventually got him to go back and give it a listen.Now he likes them, but they're not his favorite band. I made another one of my friends a U2 mix CD, but she's only listened to about 2 or 3 songs off it (She told me that she LOVED Beautiful Day though, so it's a start)

when your a fanatic it's hard to get people to understand the depth of your love of u2. other people will listen to them and like them but i am like "oh man listen to that... when the drums and bass kick and bassline comes in on one... oh that is perfect music" and they just look at me like.. yeah, it's a catchy tune. and i say "catchy??? thats it??"
