From Chicago 2005-05-09,

during vertigo:

Bono:
"all of this, all of this can be yours. all of this, all of this can be yours. just gimme what i want, and no one gets... hurt? jack off!!

after I will follow from 1987-11-07 Denver,

Bono:
"This is a song we originally wrote for Frank Sinatra except he couldn't play the harmonica. Neither do I and I don't mind." (goes into Trip Through You Wires)

So, it was "Wales" after all...I trusted U2wanderer when I copied "whales" here...a good point for those who trusted U2wanderer with "Suicide and JFK"

I think Dan was responsible for the Diana link originally - good investigating Ali!

Far too much time on your hands though...

I don't fully understand what he says about Harrison in Leeds, I mean some words and since someone made me clear the 'I wanted to meet GOD'...

'Good people from Yorkshire(?). You made a terrible mistake! George Harrison said you shouldn't be here. 'It's all big fuckin(?) hats and lemons'... I wrote(?) this for you George, pump it up!'

Does he say 'I wrote this for you'? Being the song Even Better Than The Real Thing... did he try to say that Harrison is overrated? lol

Another good one is from Point Depot, Out of Control, just before the solo:
'Check out the BOOTS! Check out the PANTS! The HAIRDO! The guitar player of this generation, The Edge!' (and the solo starts ) Knowing how they dressed, I find it very funny.

Elevation Stockholm:
'I just wanted you to know, we invented your language, the Irish people invented Sweedish, did you know that?'(lots of boos) 'Kelts/Celts(?), ancient people, who also rode boats ocationally, you did't invented boats either'
Was he really trying to win the crowd? lol

Same show, before Stay:
'We wrote this song in the times we were all 'arty' on everyone... 'cause y'know if you come from the north side of Dublin it's okay to get a little 'arty' sometimes'

All 1053 of them? Good luck - you'll have to have U2start Legend as your new title.
