Hello everyone, hope your exams etc went well, if you had any.

Having seen most of the official u2 dvds I noticed that, of course Bono and Edge sing, but even in the Vertigo tour Larry sang a few words through a mic that was one of those round the ear type mics. Has Adam ever contributed to the singing side of the performance? I noticed that in some clips on the Rattle and Hum dvd there is a microphone in front of him, but I never see or hear him use it.

There was some track on one of their first 3 albums, I forget which.....maybe also on Zooropa. Every now and then live you can catch him singing into his unplugged microphone

Adam really sang, according to I have understood, in Your Blue Room. In the last part, although it does not seem to me much. Although it can be.

Zooming in
Zooming out
Nothing I can't do without
A lense to it all up close
To Magnify what no one knows
Never in company
Never alone
No car alarm
No cellular phone.

See ya

I've seen footage of Adam singing the "walk away, walk away" parts of I Will Follow from the Unforgettable Fire tour.

I think he may have also sang the "yeah's" in Helter Skelter on Rattle and Hum.

as far as I was aware, Your Blue Room, was Adam's debut of singing in U2.

he may have contributed some backing vocals on tours but this is the only "official" release featuring him that I know of.

Hahahha you're right!! On Loreley '83 he screams more than ususally the Walkaway parts... Honestly, his job is the bass, please don't sing anymore... The same goes for Larry, I always jump ahead with the "Dirty Old Town" on the Zoo TV tour... I can't stand them!!

Adam sings also on Endless Deep. The song is on The Best Of 1980-1990 & The B-sides.
