I actually think there's a good chance we'll see 11 O'clock Tick Tock.....just my hunch.

Am I the only one who would like to see Watchtower return? It is, IMO, the best cover they've ever done, and was one of my favorite songs on Lovetown...

Also, I desperately want to see Please return. Preferably in PopMart style, but I could deal with an Elevation-style acoustic version.

Hell, I could deal with Bono singing the lyrics to Please over the tune of ABOY. But that song needs to come back in some way.

That or Hawkmoon 269 would be mindblowing to hear

Ok I've thought long and hard about this. U2 can have a B-stage that MOVES!!! Up, Down, Side-to-Side so they can get really close to EVERY fan. EVERYONE!! EVERYONE!!! What do you all think?

Side-to-side might not be a good idea, they would need aloy of space for that, which means less space for fans........ plus it would take forever to put together and pull apart. It'd be a pain to bring on the road with all of the other equipment, etc.

Agreed, but only if they give it the vibrance of the earlier performances - a return to the Elevation style, i.e. more slow and deliberate, would kill me lol. I did like the performances from said tour BUT they weren't a patch on Red Rocks...

I'd like to see Please return but I doubt it; I'm sure they would still be playing it if they felt they could, but it seems to be the lyrical hindrance associated with the middle 8 verses that mean it hasn't seen the light of day since the acoustic versions of the Elevation tour (see U2 by U2). I'd rather see Hawkmoon 269 (uber song) return than more covers like AATW...

A Please return would be disastrous for me! Ok maybe that's a bit over dramatic, but PLEASE leave it on the scrap heap. It's a downer and a mood killer. Pop numbers should be Discotheque, Mofo, Gone and SATS

I wouldn't mind some covers on the tour but please not another Beatles track. Can they not play anything a bit more recent? 80's or 90's even?

Why? People loved Norwegian Wood and Help when played last tour, and all the other covers on PoPMart, Zoo and Joshua tours were love(d)ly.. The Beatles are the most inffluential group on history. Without Beatles proably U2 wouldn't exist.

There are others....How cool would a Killers cover be and not just a snippet? Kings of Leon..............Arcade Fire.........Franz Ferdinand?

Why do people want to hear covers? It's a damn U2 concert. 1 or 2 snippets, okay. But not more.
