1. Am I all happy for the new LV shows, as a big Zoo fan. However since my trading days 15-20 years ago I haven't really kept up with rarities.

Don't care much about any 2001+ shows, but I'd love to know if there are still some hidden gems, some mythical unicorns, out there... Anything from Popmart or ZooTV/Zooropa especially...
  2. Deleted

Read your post too early in the morning and misunderstood your intentions.
  3. Is this thread asking for what rare stuff is out there in the hands of collectors? And not generally accessible?

I've seen how these threads go. I post I have an unreleased soundboard from Atlanta 1987 (or whatever rare recording). But for variety of reasons I'm not sharing. Then people get excited and want copies, but again, I'm not sharing. Then folks get frustrated.

So unless you're actively fishing for trades of similar material, I don't see the point of this thread.

Also I have a soundboard of Atlanta 1987 for rare trades only of uncirculated soundboard.

I guess you're right about that, it's just that I lost a lot (all) of contacts from my trading days, and was just curious what's still regarded as hoarded gems.. but mostly from the Zoo and Pop era
  5. Lots of stuff still sitting in closets, but not really a lot of point posting lists on message boards unless you're trying to line up trades. And in which case, better served on private messages. Just my two cents.

I really like the Miami 1997 popmart show. It’s a soundboard. Good quality and a fun concert to listen. If there’s more stuff from the 90’s in that quality i understand your post. Hope more of that stuff comes out

I think you meant great finds widely circulated in a trading community.
  8. Not pre-2000, but I always wondered whether a recording of Buenos Aires I 2006 existed, notable for that abbreviated version of Love is Blindness in the end.

I imagine it would be listed in the bootleg selection on the site here. Pretty sure I had a copy of it back then. I definitely remember listening to LIB.
  10. 2-3 years ago the Mike Millard recordings of Zoo TV LA and San Diego were published on Dime (and can be found also here). Those were uncirculated until then to my knowledge.

I love that Miami recording.. clearest sounding instruments IMHO, although Bono's voice wasn't the best.. but it is Popmart LOL. Kind of like the upgraded Adelaide show from 93. Instruments sound amazing, and with a different guitar solo for Dirty Day. Stay sounds way off to me, I think Bono's guitar was out of tune
  12. What's the incentive here for anyone to say yes? The begging and abuse will follow close behind.
