This was....kinda ok. But get Edge away from any recording console or digital audio workstation. His idea of sonics in terms of recording quality is dreadful. I've heard better acoustic guitar and vocal tones created on £100 Rode NT1 microphones by students. Bono's vocal...he just can't leave alone can he. Has to screw with phrasing, classic lyrics and most importantly classic melodies. This should never have been released as U2 album. It's The Edge featuring Bono and as others have said it might have been acceptable as a monthly or weekly lockdown feature.
