  2. I've got a U2.com subscription until jan 2019 but haven't recieved any codes or mails other then the normal newsletter. Should I be worried for the pre-sale for the european dates?

  7. Nope. Only cities. Latest rumours are Sept/Oct, after U2's annual August break and right before they take off to Australiasia.
