1. Every year about this time, my old music industry buddies and I swap our and compare (and discover) each others Top 10 lists of album releases for the year. Figured it might be fun to share here. So, here we go... In no definitive order:

    Deacon Blue - Believers
James - Girl At The End of the World
    David Bowie - Blackstar
Mystery Jets - Curve of the Earth
    Courteeners - Mapping the Rendezvous
Nothing But Thieves - Nothing But Thieves (thanks, Sergio!)
Billy Talent - Afraid of Heights
    Suede - Night Thoughts
Catfish and the Bottlemen - The Ride
The Last Shadow Puppets - Everything You've Come to Expect

Love to see all of yours!
  2. I think I haven't bought any new album this year, I mean an album which has been released this year, but I am looking forward to getting two new albums for Christmas - I will get the new Rolling Stones and the new Leonard Cohen albums. I expect them both to be excellent.

The Leonard Cohen is a magnificent, brilliant, deep, dark, tear jerking farewell!
