    What are you guys doing today to celebrate this day?
  2. Happy U240! Well, I'm currently traveling for a couple of months and just arrived at Sucre, Bolivia during the night. Will mainly be sleeping today what about you my friends?
  3. Morning, Happy U240 to all U2'ers everywhere!

    Well for me, its a strictly U2 only day as far as music goes.

    Not sure what just yet, was gonna work through all the studio albums, but I think I may instead listen to the U240 compilation Fleavox has put together and have a casual look through U2byU2 whilst listening.

    Then some U2 DVD's for this evening, probably Best Of 90-00 and finish on Rattle and Hum which never disappoints even after watching for the umpteen millionth time.

    It's a musical journey - a 40 year one, and hopefully much more to come! Happy Birthday lads!

  7. just a walk with my two dogs (golden retriever, named Adam, and bearded colley, named gibson les paul) and check on youtube for U2 las vegas show updates. i also wear today the special u240 black t-shirt (great shirt, everybody should buy it, thx u2start)

    I'll be wearing that t-shirt too today. I'm listening to the U240 compilation by Fleavox. Later in the afternoon I'll have a few pints of Guinness in honour of the best band in the world

  10. Well, I won't be at home for most of the day. Instead I'll be walking up and down a mountain. I guess I could try and start a singalong, but that probably wouldn't work

    Anyway, when I get home it's going to be U2 time! Probably will watch either Rattle & Hum or JT Live From Paris.
