The sound is great, balancing vocals, instruments and public. 4 stars easily, if not more. The only problem I noticed is sound distortions in Pride, nothing serious. Recording: Audience microphone - 4 stars
In the latest source the public is up front and they are incredibly loud, in a good way, never interfering with the music or annoying conversations.
I think this is a very good concert, as usual in the first leg of ZooTV. It may be missing the usual "Unchained Melody" after One or "Stand By Me" after ISHFWILF, but the songs had that unique "ZooTV" vibe, like UTEOTW and Bad (great).
Other Highlights: WGRYWH, BTBS (gotta love the ZooTV versions) and Ultraviolet.

The Rattle and Hum album opens with a live cover of The Beatles' "Helter Skelter". Its inclusion on the album was intended by the band to reflect the confusion of The Joshua Tree Tour and their new-found superstar status.
