It's been too long since I listened to a JT show. This one has a quite nice performance, but not much feels stellar. Bono's voice is, well, JT-ish. Pretty nice and full but pretty bad on the high notes. He sounds like a frog during Pride's chorus. The best performance was Exit, it had a cool snippet and was generally awesome.
The band tried to change the setlist for this show... it didn't quite work but I give them creds for trying. I also felt a lack of snippets in a few songs.
The sound is fully decent for a 24 years old recording. It is a bit muddy and overly bassy, but you hear everything. You unfortunately hear some crowd talking at times which is a bit annoying, but no biggie really. The taper seemed to get very excited by Bad, something that gave us an annoying tapping sound. The sound is also very muffled during Streets, so that song is unfortunately not very enjoyable.
Recording: Audience microphone - 4 stars
I really like them, they manage to give a very nice atmosphere.
It's a nice Joshua Tree show. Most songs are done very well, but at the same time lack that little bit of extra.

"It is extraordinary that you can find 700 billion dollars to save Wall Street and the entire G-8 can't find 25 million to save the lives of 25,000 children who die every day from preventable and treatable diseases. That is mad."
- Bono, 2008

The song 'Two Hearts Beat As One' is a love song from Bono to Ali and refers to a baby when it is in it's mother's womb.
