Comments: First performance of Silver And Gold, last performance of The Electric Co. for over 17 years, first time Bullet The Blue Sky opened a concert. During Bad, Bono improvises during the Walk On The Wild Side snippet. "Holly came from Miami, FLA/Hitch-hiked to Birmingham for the day/Saw U2 at the NEC/Pretty soon ... what rhymes with NEC?" Energetic! Despite the change in the setlist, which can sometimes throw the band off their game, the performance was very good.
Not fab, but certainly not the worst I've ever heard. The sound level changes at times and I think the audience are a little too loud on the recording, especially the clapping, but it's definately listenable. Recording: Audience microphone - 4 stars
Fantastic! Bono seems to be having fun with them, especially during the snippet in Bad. They are very vocal, and clapping along with every song.
I downloaded this boot for the interesting setlist, and it didn't dissappoint. I really like ISHFWILF-MLK-UF later in the set, and Bullet is good as an opener.
-Silver and Gold's first outing
-Party Girl (I love the 'stop' and 'start' by the band towards the end of the song).
-The sound, but it's not really THAT bad!

"We had an end of tour party in Atlanta. It was very emotional. The truck drivers, the steel riggers, coming up and saying, 'This is the greatest tour I've ever been on.' It had a spirit about it."

The Unforgettable Fire album title is a reference to "The Unforgettable Fire"—an art exhibit about the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. The band saw the exhibit in November 1983 in Japan while on the War Tour.
