Performance

WOW. I cannot say enough good things about this show. Jumped into my top 10 directly after I listened to it. The band is simply SPOT ON, leaving almost NO room for improvement. Bono's voice was in the highest form it has ever seen, and each and every member of U2 was laying down the absolute LAW that night! I don't use all-caps words that often, people- this show was the bomb.

Sound

Fantastic for a 1987 show. I've only heard one or two better sounding shows from the JT Tour.
Recording: "U2 vs The Cow" aka "(MarkP, Nak300, D6)" - 3.5 stars

Audience

A little hard to hear at times, but ultimately involved and responsive.

Overall

This version of "Bad" rivals the show from Rosemont, IL that is arguably U2's best show EVER, right up there with the Dublin RDS show of 93. In fact- it is better. There you have it. The best version of "Bad" that I've ever heard lies in this bootleg. You need to download it. Now.

Other best performances ever? "The Unforgettable Fire". It is the absolute standout track in this show, in my opinion. Bono's voice is so strong, and he carries the melody with such passion that the life of the song is truly experienced.

"A Sort of Homecoming" is excellent too, with the live feel, not the produced studio feel, and the crowd loves to sing along with it.

Ladies and gentlemen, every song on this bootleg is worth listening to time and time again. This show will never be forgotten, at least not by me. Do yourself a favor- stop reading, start downloading, and make some unforgettable memories.
