The upgrade has great sound for most of the show, but it repeats a few seconds of I Will Follow and some tape flips. Recording: "Gobble Tapes (Upgrade)" - 3.5 stars

A very good War show that may fly off your radar, but it's worth a listen. U2gigs never checked any snippets for this show, and there are plenty: Surrender is great, with Billie Jean and other snippet that I can't identify. This show has one of the best sounding Tomorrow, just for that it's worth a download. Bono wanted to say something about Manchester during the intro to Out Of Control but a fan interrupts him or something like that because he brings him to the stage. 40 had the weirdest of snippets: Sunday Bloody Sunday! It sounded so weird.

I transferred this show from a Tape issued by Gobble Tapes. The tape was bought in a music store in Manchester by R.B. few days after the concert,
remained in his attic for over 20 years later, then with a bit of luck is over in my hands. It is probably a copy of the master or 2nd generation tape .

"This song was written in a hotel room in New York City 'round about the time a friend of ours, Little Steven, was putting together a record of Artists Against Apartheid."
