Superb sound. The best of both worlds and the counts are barely noticeable. Recording: "Drew's Dub (3 Source Matrix)" - 4.5 stars
They are brought back in the mix and they sure were loud.
Great recording of one of the early Elevation shows. Only the 3rd show but the band played the new songs quite well, specially In A Little While. Bono made a joke saying that Mrs Houston (instead of Mrs Hewson) was in the house.

The IEM isn't all that great if you are expecting to hear Bono nice and loud. It was Edge's earfeed, so there is some nice guitar. I had to correct the speed on some of the tracks from source 2, don't ask me why only some and not all?? This is a pretty good Matrix, I added some EQ to all the tracks, I tried to bring out Bono's vocals the best I could. There was a weird echo on the IEM once or twice, so if sounds a little off when between one or two songs for a quick second, it was the recordings, I could do nothing about it. This is definitely an upgrade compared to all other sources!
Please share Lossless Only, No MP3's please. As always, Hat's off to the Tapers!!
"Dirty Day is a father and son song. 'It's a dirty day', was an expression my dad would use and there is a lot of him in there but it was also influenced by Charles Bukowski, the great American writer and drinker. The song is about a character who has walked out on his family and, years later, meets the son he's abandoned. It's not about my father but I used some of my dad's attitude in it."

U2 referenced the Something Happens 1990 album, Stuck Together With God's Glue, in their 1997 single "Staring At The Sun".
