This is a photo of the Vertigo tour stage - you can't see the band too well from the angle of which the picture was taken - but look up on the LCD panels and you will see them. Cool angle though.
If it was a complete guess, I'd say judging from www.u2boy.nl (and he might take the photos himself, I'm not entirely sure), it'd be from a show in the Netherlands or close to there.
