Performance:
Well apart from being late, the boys put one hell of a show on, no messing 11 o'clock tick tock and away we go, the highlight for me was wire track 3, didnt expect it but it carried us forward and on to the War material a lot better than when we first heard it. electric co always well recieved in edinburgh but no climbing around this time. Pride and the roof came of the old playhouse. overall a great performance from the band. In Remy's review he talks about the start of Gloria, the problem there was i looked like the first 2 rows were on stage the the boys, all in good intent after some careful organising from Bono a few got to remain and sit infront of the drum kit, a brill moment.
Audience:
well as anyone knows the Scots are always up for a good bounce and sing song. The boys gave we recieved and sent them home with our voices ringing in the ears. U2 know what to expect from a Scots crowd and we didn't disappoint. we sang from start to finish, i personally bounced from statr to finish, 40 included.
Sound:
great
Overall:
the only low is they were late, i felt sorry for The Waterboys they gave their all but it was like we didn't want them there. just getting in the way of the Boys, one more obsticle to get out the way. on reflection i supose it could be said that they flew through the set but i think it was not due to the over run but the fact the place was rocking.

Performance:
Great performance of the band during the Unforgettable Fire tour. I think Bono was in good shape though the rest of the band made a few mistakes, which I actually like in concerts. It takes away the 'usual show' label, I love it when something happens like Edge's guitar mistake in Amsterdam in 2005 or the tear gas incident in Paris in 1987.
The first mistake was messing up the intro of Bad (Edge got guitar trouble), which Bono greatly dealt with by improvising a little and then singing a bit of 'Time is on my side'. One of the reason Bad is my favorite U2 song is all the snippets Bono sings during this song, I love it. After a few seconds Edge's guitar was ready again and the band finished the song perfectly. So Bad features a great long guitar intro with a great snippet.
The second 'mistake' (sounds like one) was the intro of Gloria, which is longer than usual, probably because of some technical problem too. Gloria was the song of this show I started listening with high expectations, if I believe my co-crewlid Gerard Gloria is the reason this concert is great. And he is right, Gloria is great and for fans: it lasts more than six minutes!
Overall the band delivered a great performance in Scotland, better than average.
Audience:
The crowd was great this show, even though the loud clapping you can hear a few times is a little out of time. If you love crowd noise during a bootleg you should hear to the end of Pride, they sing this song for U2. Also the intro of Gloria features great participation of the crowd, as well as the usual crowd participation in '40'.
Sound:
This concert deserves it's 4-stars, it's a great audience recording. You can hear the instruments very good and Bono's voice is clear too. Also the audience noise is not too loud but just good for an audience bootleg.
Overall:
Great show, with highlights featuring Bad, Gloria and Bono's amazing voice. The best example of Bono's great voice is during The Electric Co. where he sings the Amazing Grace snippet. It's Bono at his best, I had to playback the song to hear it again.

Performance:
Great...it's The Unforgettable Fire, it's Scotland...it's U2...what else do you want? Some very good performances changed with some standard ones. I prefer the other night in Glasgow, but this one comes close. Gloria is the standout, the typical UF-songs like TUF, Bad and ASOH are good too. Seconds en Two Hearts are there to complete the party.
Audience:
Scottisch people are good to party with, and they let you know that.
Sound:
Good and solid. Sometimes too much of audience noise and Larry is sometimes slightly distant, but very solid overall.
Overall:
A good one, if you're keen on UF-shows, download it immediately!
